Service Nature
Raonebytes provides custom hardware engineering and prototyping services. Due to the bespoke nature of "extraction" operations (custom PCB design, firmware synthesis, and physical assembly), all resources allocated to a project are non-retractable once the engineering handshake is complete.
Cancellation Vectors
2.1 Pre-Execution
If a cancellation request is received before the engineering team initiates the design phase, a 90% refund of the advance credits may be authorized (10% retained for administrative processing).
2.2 In-Progress
Once the schematic routing or firmware synthesis has commenced, refunds are strictly limited to unconsumed manufacturing and logistics credits.
Hardware Malfunction
If a physical prototype arrives with a defect that deviates from the approved technical specification, Raonebytes will initiate a "Correction Protocol" to rectify the unit at no additional credit cost to the operator. Return shipping for correction is covered by the mainframe.

All refund requests must be transmitted via encrypted email to ops@raonebytes.com within 7 cycles (days) of payload delivery.
